Our Peruvian Horse family has lost another.

Our Peruvian Horse family has lost another great man.
William Muhlhauser passed in his sleep this past Sunday morning, Feb 26.
Bill’s love affair with Peruvian horses began with his favorite gelding Pampero. Bill owned and bred many champions through the years. Most of you may remember him riding AR Samurai, one of his favorites. The most recent of his boys to give him great pleasure, was AR Ambicioso. He loved watching Ambi doing the enfrenadura and his musical exercises demonstrations.
Married 62 years to his wife Gisela, Bill will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Very sad to read. Bill was always a joy to be around at the shows. We will sure miss him… Mike and Kathryn Grossman, Tiburon Farm

He first saw our breed when his helicopter lost power next to Ed and Sharon Galvez’s ranch in Moreno Valley! And he purchased Pampero from them after riding him. Long time board member & supporter of Los Amigo club. Will miss that man and his funny laugh!

So sorry to hear of Bill’s passing. Enjoyed many good times with him years ago. May he be eternally riding the smoothest horses of all! Sandy Stone, Rancho de las Piedras1985-2003 approx.
