It may be used to name any horse bred by the person who has registered that suffix/prefix (if the breeder is not the same as the owner of the foal at the time of foaling, the breeder's written permission to use his/her suffix/prefix is needed.) Once registered, the initials may be used as either a suffix or a prefix at the discretion of the breeder. It will not AUTOMATICALLY be used, but must be specifically requested on the registration application.
