This is a great opportunity to promote our breed before a large number of spectators that we would normally not have access to. We are planning the following activities to take advantage of this opportunity. \nInformational NAPHA booth in the fairgrounds: The booth will be manned by two fulltime attendants. It will have 3 ipads or computer screens constantly playing sponsors videos. Attendants will hand out breed and ranch promotional materials to fairgoers. Last year’s fair drew close to 1 million fairgoers in 10 days and we can expect to attract 1 to 3 thousand to our venue per day. \nShow Webcast: The show will be livestreamed as in years past and we will feature promotional ranch ads and videos during the show. In the last livestream we had over 12\,000 views. \nShow Website: We will be promoting the show with an informational show website starting in early April. It will also have ranch ads and videos from our sponsors. \nFacebook Page: We will also have a show Facebook page to promote the show and webpage in social media. \nShow Program. Given the number of spectators we expect this year’s Show program to be a lot more effective advertisement. \nOnsite Advertisement: No commercial advertisement is allowed in the fairgrounds as the fair holds all advertisement rights. However\, we have been allowed 8 ranch banners and we believe this will be a great means of advertisement given the expected number of spectators. \nClass Sponsorship: Ranch sponsorships will include one Championship class sponsorship.
