Guide to formats for your use
Most Commonly Used:
JPEG: jpeg is a picture. Can be used in a variety of formats – web, print, etc
PNG: PNG files will have a clear background. IE: if you want to use the NAPHA round logo without a white background
High Resolution Files – Require special programs to use:
AI: .AI is a high resolution Adobe Illustrator format. Also known as “vector”. You will not be able to use this file if you do not have the Adobe Illustrator program.
PSD: .PSD is a photoshop file. Transparent background. Requires Adobe Photoshop to use
PDF: Most commonly used in files for print use. Posters and brochures are linked in high resolution format for print use in pdf as “FULL BLEED FILES”.
